In mid-2020 I filed a State Bar complaint against attorney Ross Steven Heckmann, CalBar # 160225. He aided and abetted a client in committing bankruptcy fraud. The proof I offered was a quitclaim stating the individual was married, and then just a few months later they filed bankruptcy as single. 

For those of you worried, these are public records, and the bankruptcy fraud occurred over fifteen (15) years ago, well past the statute of limitations.

My reason for this is to demonstrate how corrupt the California State Bar is, and how far they will go to protect an attorney.                          

I received the above response. Brian Baghai claims that the house she quit-claimed is HER house.

Where is any mention of bankruptcy fraud?

Both of these documents are public records. All they needed to show was a divorce decree before April.

Why didn't the Crime Fraud Exception Apply?

They didn't do that for John Eastman!

I decided to fight back.

The California State Bar decided to commit felonies!

The following is a timeline of events:

I found that I could appeal to the California Supreme Court, costing thousands and thousands, with no guarantee.

19 Nov 2020 - I sent the following email. It was passed around quite a bit by one of Vanessa's co-workers. Steve Mazer is the Chief Accounting Officer; he forwarded the email to over 125 people. Do you think his harassment is what triggered Vanessa Lynne Holton?

22 Nov 2020 - I appealed Brian Baghai's lame and pathetic response. The State bar rejected my appeal, telling me my only option was to file an appeal with the California Supreme Court. The cost alone for just the service part of the process, three copies served in San Francisco, one in Los Angeles, probably runs a few hundred dollars. Then the Supreme Court will just reject it. They intentionally make it hard to appeal.

So I chose to file a complaint against

24 Nov 2020 - The State Bar of California opens my complaint against Vanessa Holton, as per PC136.1 indicates, I am now a witness at a trial!

23 Nov 2020 - Vanessa Holton, knowing that I had filed a complaint against her, had her California State Bar employees draft a criminal complaint against me. It was written on California State Bar letterhead and signed as the General Counsel of the California State Bar. The SRPD kept the complaint open for two years, "investigation on-going." I had to force them to close the case by posting on their public website.

Now I could be charged with both

      1. Identity Theft 

       2. The fraudulent Impersonation of

            a person thru cyber means!

25 and 26 Nov 2020 - The dates are Thanksgiving eve and Thanksgiving day! Officer James Bellamy calls me from a private number. I let it go to voice mail.

He leaves me the following two voice messages.

In this first call, Officer Bellamy identifies himself, along with Vanessa Lynne Holton of the California State Bar. He states that I need to stop harassing Vanessa, and that I must take down my web site. These are violations of my 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech.

Vanessa Holton, General Counsel of the California State Bar filed a false police report because she was insulted.

She filed the report on California State Bar letterhead, then had the San Rafael Police Dept. threaten me.

      That was the THIRD time
