Today is Friday, February 23, 2024.

When we visited the gym, the bathroom door was locked.

No repairs to the handicapped shower seating have been performed.

There are gnats all over the public shower

On February 11th I filed a BBB Complaint against the 24 Hour Fitness located in Northridge Ca.

It took them five (5) days to respond, completely ignoring any mention of the shower seats.

I responded by sending all the Executive Staff an email, opened by Karl Sanft, their CEO, and three others.

I am sure they were surprised to receive my email.

It took them four (4) hours to have Brian call me.

He promised to look into all of these issues.

It appears that was a lie!

I actually met Brian yesterday, the 22nd, at the Northridge facility. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, the handicapped seats would be repaired, a cleaning of the facility would be performed by a local "team", the drainage issue fixed and the bathroom would be left unlocked.
